Revenue Pilot: Pay-per-click with options January 24, 2006

I can’t say enough good things about Revenue Pilot. They have some solid performing keywords in key verticle markets, they offer more ways to implement ads on your site than anybody I have ever seen and their ability to perform is proven over and over again.I currently use Revenue Pilot in 2 key locations. The first has to do with a collection of domain names I own but am not currently using. I created a page to work as a search page along with some pay-per-click links in order to monitize the page. While the pages aren’t receiving mass traffic, they still perform reasonably well when it comes to pay-per-click revenue. If you plan on doing the same, it’s crucial for you to do some homework on Revenue Pilot and choose keywords that both match your site’s content, but have the highest payouts in your verticle market. You can see an example of the parked domain here: shoveler.com

The other implention is located on pixeltrafficwatcher.com. This is a more traditional way to use their code. It too performs fairly well. If I had it to do over again, I’d place these ads in a more prominent location so all visitors would have a chance to see them and click them.

Revenue Pilot tops out at $2.00 per click (before they take their cut) – I have found several keywords in the poker/online casino arena as well as the payday loan arena that hit that $2.00 mark. I haven’t done much research in other market areas, but these two seem pretty consistent for the past several months.
